We are seekinga highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Escondido,CA. In this role, you will handle a high volume of calls for companiesthroughout San Diego and Riverside County, processing orders for concreteproducts and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the concrete industry or an order-taking role is highly preferred.
  • Language  Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and order processing systems like Digital Fleet and Integra.
  • Core Abilities: * Ability to multitask and prioritize heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Interest in pursuing growth within the company and a willingness to take on tasks in other departments.

Schedule & Benefit

  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, with a requirement for flexible hours, overtime, and rotating weekends.

REquirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Answer a heavy intake of customer phone calls and emails to request and process concrete orders.
  • Data  Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Digital Fleet, and Integra, in a timely manner.
  • Financial Processing: Handle pre-authorization on credit cards for customer orders.
  • Logistics  Coordination: Negotiate delivery times and coordinate with the dispatch team, quality control, and office personnel to ensure the service and delivery of products.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate consistently with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and any necessary changes to their orders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, seeking feedback for improvement, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and other relevant information.
