We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ConcreteBatch Plant Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the efficientoperation and maintenance of our concrete batch plants.
responsibilites
· Perform routine inspections of batch plant equipment and machinery to identify and address potential issues.
· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on various components, including conveyor systems, aggregate bins, and control systems.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems in the batch plant equipment.
· Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
· Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
· Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and hours spent.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
· Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to order necessary replacement parts and materials.
· Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
REquirements
· Must have valid CA Driver’s license.
· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational ortechnical training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
· 2 years of experience in maintenance of concrete batch plants is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
· Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
